Assessed by the Association of Project Management (APM) on behalf of the International Project Management Association (IPMA), this workshop-based course will provide you with a detailed understanding of the qualification and give a better awareness of the application process and requirements.

Description
This is a workshop in preparation for individuals wishing to undertake the qualification.
The workshops are designed around client needs and are spent looking at the assessment criteria from a structural perspective to ensure individuals fully understand the process aiming to achieve a successful outcome.
You will also undertake a self-assessment of knowledge, skills and abilities against the Competence Elements in the IPMA Individual Competence Baseline (ICB) and learn what is required for the qualification.

Gaining your IPMA qualification will demonstrate your ability to make a positive contribution to any project, programme or portfolio you manage or are involved with. It will show that you have proven applied practice to give you a competitive advantage in the international environment.
What does it involve?
Led by individuals with detailed experience in the IPMA processes and procedures will help prepare you for your application and guide you through the process.
Workshops are undertaken individually or in groups. The programme enables applicants to have the best possible chance of achieving success.
Assessment method - IPMA Level C
Stage one – Application: Application form, CV, executive summary report, full-self assessment, referees x2.
Stage two -Two-hour written exam (max 25 pages plus 15 pages of appendices).
Stage three – Written report (max 25 pages plus 15 pages of appendices).
Stage four - One and a half hour extended interview.
